  • Core Composition: It is made from 100% high-quality imported pine wood, ensuring a consistent and strong raw material base.

  • Formaldehyde-Free Adhesive: The board uses a 0-aldehyde-added MDI (Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate) glue. This is a critical differentiator; MDI glue contains no formaldehyde components and is a stable, safe compound also used in medical and daily-life applications.

  • Manufacturing Process: The production involves drying, screening, directional laying of strands, and hot pressing. The strands are laid in a crosswise and longitudinal pattern—the core layer is arranged horizontally and the surface layer vertically—which gives the board its directional strength and stability.
