Formaldehyde-Free Adhesive

We developed two distinct formaldehyde-free adhesive platforms, each tailored to specific product lines.

Plant Glue Technology (Soy-Based)

Launched in 2016, Plant Glue Technology uses soybean meal as the raw material, without adding toxic or harmful substances. Third-party testing confirms a free formaldehyde content of <0.05g/kg, complying with the GB 18583-2020 standard for indoor decoration materials adhesives, thereby achieving zero formaldehyde addition in board production.

This technology is applied in our Soy Scented Board Series. The boards also incorporate Zinc Antibacterial 2.0 technology, providing 99.99% antibacterial rate against four types of bacteria and Grade 0 mold resistance.

0-Aldehyde-Added MDI Glue (Isocyanate-Based)

OSB (Oriented Strand Board) uses 0-aldehyde-added MDI glue, which the company produces itself. The glue contains no formaldehyde components and is described as a stable and safe compound also applied in daily life and medical care fields. This MDI adhesive is combined with high-quality imported pine wood to produce OSB with strong nail retention, low water absorption expansion, and easy processing without deformation.

Our MDI technology has also been applied to other product lines, including the Graphene Black Gold Board 2.0 and the Reed Fragrance Board, which uses 100% natural reed as raw material paired with MDI no-formaldehyde adhesive to reach HENF grade.
